Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is
used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more
frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. I take on the
psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical manages the medical portion. We are currently offering oral ketamine in the comfort of a private office with consistent monitoring. I can also offer oral ketamine for remote dosing options upon request.
I also partner with East Texas Ketamine Specialists for IV ketamine treatment. This includes determining eligibility, developing a custom treatment plan, prescribing the medicine and monitoring outcomes, along with preparation and integration sessions.
Please contact me for more information and to set up a consultation with the medical team.

Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a safe place for individuals, families, and couples. Various research based treatment modalities are used to offer a customized treatment for each person’s individual journey. If you are unable to make it in to our office, we can offer telehealth services as well.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma-informed care and EMDR intensives. I earned my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2018, and since then, I’ve been passionate about helping individuals process and heal from deep-rooted emotional wounds.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment trauma, and as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). My approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT, with a strong emphasis on self-compassion, nervous system regulation, and sustainable, long-term healing. I often work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, negative self-talk, and patterns shaped by early attachment experiences.
In addition to my clinical work, I host a mental health podcast called Prescribed Vibes, where I explore emotional wellness, personal growth, and the complexities of being human in a way that feels accessible and relatable.
I strive to bring a grounded, collaborative, and compassionate presence into my work. I believe healing is about developing a meaningful understanding of the experiences that have shaped you, and using that awareness to build an identity rooted in strength, self-respect, and intention.
